TO PLACE AN ORDER

All Taste Envy products require a minimum order of 20 units. To place an order contact our Lost Luggage sales office at 1.888.LOST.456. The sales office is open Monday - Friday from 8:30AM - 5PM PST.

Sample Program

Need to touch feel and see our product? You may via our sample program. The program allows you to order samples via a refundable deposit. Simply return the products within 30 days. Download sample contract.

RETURNS

Personalized or custom products may not be returned under any circumstances.

Samples of select items are available, and a deposit of the samples full value is required before the items are shipped. All samples must be returned within 30 days from date of order, and must be returned in the condition they were lent in. Upon return of samples, deposits are refundable in the original payment method.

Shipping charges for samples are not refundable, swatch kits are only available for credit towards a new order.
